TV shows are something I love to discuss and chat about. It’s become quite a big passion for me lately. So I thought I would bring this particular passion to the blog and start discussing them on here.
I am not going to give any spoilers to the best of my ability. So feel free to read even fi you haven’t seen the shows I will chat about.
If you want to watch this one, it’s on Amazon Prime. It’s free you don’t have to pay for any of the seasons
Outlander is first set in 1943 and 1743. So just after World War II and just before the 3rd Jacobite uprising in Scotland.
it is about a woman – Claire – from 1943 who basically just goes back in time to 1743 and her trying to navigating this new world and trying to get back to her husband – Frank – in 1943.
I really enjoyed season 1, it felt fresh and a bit different to everything else that’s about right now. However, I am now on season four, and not gonna lie I’m a bit bored. Its become a tad predictable and the storylines are a little cookie cutter. Storylines you’d seen in every other show. We have stopped watching three episodes to the end because we have (in our minds) predicted everything that’s going to happen. We can’t bring ourselves to finish it. I would still highly recommend checking it out though.
Lucifer! Show number two. So the synopsis for this show according to Wiki is :
This series follows Lucifer, the original fallen angel, who has become dissatisfied with his life in hell. After abandoning his throne and retiring to Los Angeles, Lucifer indulges in his
So, It’s about the devil / Lucifer, and it’s set in LA. I really enjoy this show, it’s funny, it’s sweet and it has charm. Don’t get me wrong there are moments when the script makes me cringe a little, but those are only brief. The one things that the show isn’t AMAZING at (for me) is finale episodes! I love a good finale episode, with cliff hangers and suspense and preferably a two-parter, just to make it even more exciting. The finale episodes are still good episodes in general but they just lack something for me as a finale that’s all.
But yeah, it’s a good show would recommend checking it out, if you want a laugh.
White-collar is literally one of my favourite shows! Think its definitely going to up there, maybe even in the top five.
The third time turns out to be the charm for criminal Neal Caffrey. He has been eluding FBI agent Peter Burke for years, a run that finally comes to an end with his capture. But after the resourceful prisoner escapes from a maximum-security facility, then is nabbed once again by Burke, Caffrey suggests a different end-game: In return for freedom, he’ll help the Feds catch long-sought criminals. Though
This is SO much more than just a cop show! So please don’t get put off, I know I was for a long time. Kept seeing it pop up in my
I am so glad I finally gave it a chance. It is funny, captivating and has amazing finale episodes (It may or may not have made me teary once or twice.) It’s about Neal Caffery and Peter Burke and their relationship and how it grows and develops over the seasons (show seasons, not weather seasons) Also if your anything like me and watch a lot of American TV, its a great show for spot the actor, as they have so many cameos from amazing TV actors.
I hope you check some of these shows out and let me know if you do. Also if you have any TV show recommendations your
I am going to leave links here for Lucifer and for Outlander as they are both of Amazon prime, White Collar is on
